My Very First Giveaway!! ~ Amy May's Mei Tai's

I'm so excited to be doing this!! I first heard of Amy May through Drea, who purchased one of her Mei Tai's. She had been very impressed with the service and the price of these Mei Tai's. I know that I checked out Amy May's Etsy store then, but I kind of forgot about it for quite a while.

I found her store again while browsing through Etsy stores, looking for a nursing bracelet. She had exactly what I was looking for! I've been SO FORGETFUL lately, and keeping track of the last time I nursed Bria, or which side I am on can be difficult some days.

This bracelet has been just what I needed! It is still so stylish while being super practical. The beads are beautiful, and the concept is easy to figure out. Here is a picture of one of Amy May's bracelets to illustrate how these bracelets work.

Okay... Each bracelet has the numbers 1 to 12 on it. There are four beads between each number. These beads each represent 15 minutes. The charm on the bracelet is movable, so you would simply place it in the correct position on the bracelet to show what time you last fed your baby. The bracelet in the picture is showing 2:30. Then, you simply move the
bracelet to the wrist on the side that you last fed from, or the side
you will feed from next, whichever you prefer. So simple! now you can do what you need to do, and not worry about remembering feeding times!

This bracelet is also useful for remembering an important appointment, and can also be used for mom's who use formula for their babies. Basically anything that requires you to remember a time would make this bracelet super handy!

Amy May has lot's of different coloured beads to chose from. The bracelet I chose has wooden beads, but most have beautiful glass beads.

And now... THE GIVEAWAY!

Amy May has graciously given me one of her nursing bracelets to give to one of my readers! That could be you! If you don't have a baby, I'm sure that you know
someone who does! I would have loved to have received
this as a gift!

Here is the one that you could win:

Now here's what you need to do to enter:

1. Write a post on your blog linking to this contest and Amy May's Etsy store. If you do not have a blog, you must email three friends, telling them about the contest and Amy May's Etsy store. Then send me a CC of the email at keithandstacey@gmail.com, so I know you sent it.

2. Sign the Mr. Linky below.

3. Don't forget to leave a comment!
This contest will run til September 25, 9pm CST.

Make sure to check out Amy May's other products as well. She makes some really nice affordable Mei Tai's.

(Just ignore the 'tackle it tuesday' line in the widget, it was the best name I could find!)

Hey, Stacey! That is so cool -- what a great idea! Too bad they didn't have nursing bracelets 10-16 years ago. Oh well, it would make a great gift.

Stacey, sorry I didn't mean to enter the contest twice. I must have written my URL incorrectly the first time because when you click on the link it says there's an error. So I put it in again -- this time it works to link to our blog where I've written a post about the nursing bracelet. Is there some way to delete the first one?

Hey Stacey!
This comment is kind of off topic. (I don't really need a nursing bracelet:) They are pretty, though.) Have you tried that mineral make-up yet? You ordered it a while ago, right? I want to hear what you think about it!
Take care...

This braclet looks really cool! I need it so I can stop forgetting my doctor's appointments. But there is also alot of babies around that I want to give gifts too. Or maybe I would just hoard it for myself for the future! Thanks for the chance!

hey...just found it kind of wierd that you say that you find it annoying when other people post about contests on their blogs, but then you say that we need to link to your contest on our blog in order to win, even though it is "annoying" to see contest links on blogs. Just wondering why this is?

Stacey said...

Dearest Anonymous commenter. I appreciate your point, however, I only find it annoying when all there seems to be is contests, and there is no real substance to a blog. I go to my friends blogs to see how they're doing, what's new, etc. If all there ever is is contests, that's kind of hard. So, if you enter my contest, make sure you don't just post your entry. Give your readers something to actually READ!

Another thing that really annoys me... anonymous commenters. Are you too afraid to show your true identity?

What a wonderful item to give for a babyshower present! I fed upon demand, and memory, but this would have been great sometimes if I had had one when my youngest 2 were still under 2!

I love these.

hmmm, if I don't win the bracelet you can make me one, ok?

you can make your own bracelet like this for $5 if you go to hobby lobby and ger bids. Those things are so expencive on web sites (up to $30). We went to hobby lobby and got everything and my husband made me one. Its a really good reminder! Mine has only 3 bids in between. I dont know why people need 4.
