Thanks for all the advice ladies! I have been using Vick's Baby Rub on Bria's feet and on her chest. I just wanted to mention that it is not recommended to use regular Vick's on children under the age of 2. I think I heard something about liver damage.

I'm going to try the vaporizer tonight, and maybe life her mattress on one end. Maybe that will help.

I didn't even know they made a baby vicks. I use the regular stuff but i mix it with lard.
I also use lard to take away ear infections it works wonders. It has to be real lard not tenderflake. Just heat it up to a liquid let it cool so it doesn't burn the ear and let it run in and stuff the ear with cotton.
And yes I would have to agree vicks under the feet and chest and back with nice warm socks and pj's make for a better night sleep.

Just so you know, I once asked a nurse from health link why vicks was not recomended for children under 2, she said it was because of possible ingestion (if they eat it it can be dangerous), so when I use it on K I just make sure it's on a covered area that she can't get her hands on (like feet, with socks on, chest and back with a sleeper on, etc) :)

I googled that and it says that the acetaminophen in normal Vicks can cause severe liver damage. Even in adults if over used!
