How I feel right now

Slightly overwhelmed.

Tired.

Like I'm wandering aimlessly.

A bit embarrassed by how much I spent on groceries for my birthday meal/cake.

Wishing I had some plan/direction for my life.

Proud of my great kids.

Happy to have a husband who loves me.

Trying to figure out how to bring down the stress levels in my life.

Wondering why I get stressed out so easily.

I so understand feeling tired and a little overwhelmed, stressed out and aimless...I think that all gets bundled together somehow.

I find when I get stressed easy if I take vitamine B supliment, either a in vitamin form or else liquid vit B it helps a lot, try taking vit B and see how your stress levels change. Just a thought!
